All tech support calls are logged into our system and each job is provided with a reference number which is provided to you for future tracking purposes. The job is then queued in our system alerting staff via email and pop-up. Once the job has been assigned to a tech, and email automatically goes out informing the client of the response time, the technician assigned, and confirmation of date and time of call-out.
The same process is applied for all new builds, broadband connections, repairs and general maintenance. You will be informed every step of the way how we are progressing with your job. You will also be able to track it via our online tech support site which allows you to log jobs using your unique username and password issued by your assigned technician.
